I felt so comfortable from the first class. Jess was great at modifying exercises so everyone can exercise together. I loved the music and coffee after class made for a great morning.
Active Moves is fantastic! Everyone is welcoming, the exercise is varied & achievable. Jess always has us laughing with the added bonus of feeling good once the session is completed.
My favourite days are Tues and Thurs because of our amazing active moves classes. Jess is a fantastic teacher who inspires us to keep fit and healthy.
Wonderful group of people who provide a supportive environment led by a fabulous fitness instructor who makes keeping active fun & easy.Highly recommend.
