One of my benefits through Aetna insurance is if I fill out a health assessment thru Active Health I would get $75.00 deposited in a incentive account with Wage Works. My wife and myself did our assessments 12/22/14 and have not received nothing yet. I called Aetna to update my address. I was told it was updated. I then received mailings from Active Health to the old address. I checked in with my Aetna Health concierge to get my address updated at Active Health. They replied with "We have reviewed your policy and did not find anything with Active Health that is affiliated with Aetna so it may be the reason why they do not have your correct address."
