Updated: I will start by saying the staff are really nice and helpful. With that being said I just found out that my 3 daughters are now without a family doctor and I was told they would be placed with a new doctor. Now I’m being told they will not have a family doctor and will have to find a new one. I got no letter in the mail, no phone call, or anything. Extremely frustrated. Poor excuse for a medical clinic.
It is shocking that they can get away with having such a poor phone system. I had to go in person to make appts. They said 'you can call'. Everyone knows the lines are not answered. I called everyday for 2 weeks and never got through. The office is poorly managed and they dont seem to think through any of their actions. My dr retired and i was told there is no dr available to take patients. Which i completely understood.
