I had lip filler done here by Ashley and the entire experience was 11/10. This was my first time having anything like this done and I was a little nervous. From the first interaction at the front desk to my follow up today everyone was so kind and amazing. Its far more welcoming if reception is more polite..in a medical office, there is no place for discourteous approach to patients.
Trash place, can't even book an appointment because they leave you on hold for days on end. Terrible service, treated like a sub-human peasant that is expected to drive all the way to their old building just to book an appointment a few months in advance. This place should be shut down by authorities, it's a disgrace they allow these people to call themselves healthcare.
I am beyond grateful for my doctor (Dr.Tibshirani) - he is thorough , knowledgeable and truly wants what's best for his patients. Any worries I had he put my mind at ease . Front desk /reception are extremely busy answering the phones - they were polite and professional. Thank you
