Took my vacuum in for service as per the recommendation of Bissell and like the other review the gentleman didn’t think it was worth his while. He was rude, disrespectful and argumentative. I left with my vacuum and drove 10 miles to Gator Vacuum & Sewing in Coral Springs. It was so worth the extra miles. The staff was great and very friendly and I had my vacuum back the next day and it works perfectly thanks to Gator Vacuum.
Turns away lower end sewing machines. Told us, "nothing to fix" 6 or more times and refused to even see the machine, took one look at the box and decided it wasn't worth his time. Told us it would be 90 dollars for him to even take a look at it. Don't bother.

I Highly recommend this business. Don was great. Brought in my Singer futura in to be fixed. He gave me a free estimate and fixed it the same day! Plus the price was very reasonable.
