The whole process here was a joke. They were totally unprepared and 3 months later I'm still waiting to get my money back from a water bill that they took from me. Everybody sat around the office joking with each other like they were there for coffee, I would never recommend to use anybody from this company ever to sell or close on their house. $20,000 from me and $10,000 from the person that bought the house was not enough for them. Awful customer service..
STAY AWAY!! We were introduced to this company by Sam I... That was the biggest mistake we have made ever . It has been one headache after another - unprofessional, unprepared - overcharged us. Without Sam I would have never went with this company, You can't trust them - there is a lot to talk about. Until now (3 months later) I still haven't received the money that they took from me when I had already paid the water bill. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself time, money and frustration,
