Unprofessional and frustrating. This business will not pay their bill after racking up over 25k for a government job. Cannot get a hold of any one in the office. Everyone is either "not in" or "busy" every time.
Called for a quote for lead abatement. Guy came out, looked for 2 minutes and said the office would call with a quote. It's been a month and I've followed up with the office numerous times. I haven't heard anything from them at all. COMPLETELY ghosted me. I understand if you're busy and don't want the work but please say that. This is so extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Don't bother contacting them.
Great to work with. Needed an asbestos liner pulled out of my boiler chimney before I could have someone work on fixing it. They were quick to respond, a pleasure to work with, went above and beyond when things got tricky, cleaned up after themselves, and reasonably priced.

I have worked with ATC on several projects over the past 10 years. They have always been reasonable on price and complete projects on time. Their staff is easy to talk to and helpful. What more can you ask for?!
