I’m a disabled army veteran that has continued to pretend he is an athlete for the last 15 years. I have struggled with pain/reoccurring Injuries constantly and no massage, medication, or treatment has ever been anywhere near as effective. I can not recommend Active Stretch Therapy enough!
As professional dancers, we rely on Jeremy to keep us performing at our peak. His sessions provide both immediate and lasting relief every time. I truly appreciate the care, attention, and personalized approach he brings, along with the valuable education that empowers us to take better care of our own bodies.
I was experiencing a lot of tight hip muscles because I do a lot driving. I booked an appointment with, Jeremy and am so glad I did. He worked, diligently on my problem area and by the end of the session, I had less pain and more mobility!! Highly recommend him. Very professional and listened intently to my concerns and then addressed them!
I’ve seen many great therapists, but my session today (2nd with Jeremy) is probably the best session I’ve ever had. I give him my highest recommendation.
