I was experiencing a lot of tight hip muscles because I do a lot driving. I booked an appointment with, Jeremy and am so glad I did. He worked, diligently on my problem area and by the end of the session, I had less pain and more mobility!! Highly recommend him. Very professional and listened intently to my concerns and then addressed them!
I’ve seen many great therapists, but my session today (2nd with Jeremy) is probably the best session I’ve ever had. I give him my highest recommendation.
Literally the best massage I've had, anywhere, any time, from anybody. Jeremy is exceptional - he's kind, and his expertise is unmatched. The studio is perfectly sized and very welcoming. Street parking is always easy and there are tons of great places within walking distance.
Jeremy is very organized, communicative, kind, mindful, and skilled in what he does. It was my first ever stretch session and it felt very healing. Will be going back, and I highly recommend. In fact, I was thinking of all the friends and family who would benefit from Jeremy's care!
I love my visits with Active Stretch Therapy. They are physically life changing. I started working with Jeremy (the owner) ~2 years ago and have had 30+ appointments. When working 50+ hour weeks in tech, he fixed my tech neck and hunched shoulders. My lower back pain is gone and he's helped me manage my ongoing health.
