Jessie and the team are some of the best trainers and fitness coaches around!
I had my 16U competitive fastpitch softball team workout twice a week at Active Strength Company and it paid huge dividends for my softball team. My girls got faster and stronger in just three months of training. The staff was very professional with my girls and worked them hard. I was very pleased with the gains my girls achieved with Active Strength Training. I am so happy that I choose Active Strength Company.
Active Strength has been an amazing part of my son’s athletic development. Their coaches have helped him become stronger, faster, and more confident in track. They take the time to teach proper technique, encourage hard work, and genuinely care about each athlete’s progress. The environment is positive, motivating, and welcoming, making it a great place for young athletes to grow. I highly recommend Active Stre... read more
Active Strength is amazing! My daughter trains there for track and field, and I attend for strength training. It’s a welcoming, judgment-free environment that truly feels like family. The trainers are knowledgeable, personable, and fun, while also knowing how to challenge you and help you reach the next level. I’m stronger now than I’ve been in years, and my daughter absolutely loves it too. We’ve both had an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for supportive coaching and real results.
