Jesse and his entire team do a great job! I work out on his free weight/personal training side of the gym, and both of my sons do personal athletic training with Jesse and his team, and they love it! All good things!
Great Gym! I've attended morning classes and my daughter attends the youth classes and both have been fantastic. The instructors/staff are knowledgeable, supportive, keep you accountable and overall are great people....plus you get results! Overall awesome place!
My daughter has been going since fall and it’s made such a huge difference in her softball game. She really enjoys the classes (goes twice a week) as they aren’t too crowded but enough to push you to compete. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, while creating a great atmosphere to get better. She loves the work and opportunity but loves seeing results too.
I've been going to Active Strength regularly for a year now. I need a personal trainer because I just don't do it on my own. I've really enjoyed working with Karissa! She's upbeat, encouraging, and totally gets and supports my goals of staying strong, healthy, and independent as I age. My bone density has increased, and my balance is better, too. My workouts with Karissa check all the boxes!
