From the moment you walk in the door you are made very welcome. My first time at Active Spine and I was greeted by name by the lovely receptionist. She is warm and friendly and a delight to chat to whilst waiting for the very friendly professional Jacob Black to call me in for treatment. Jacob is very thorough, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease straight away. Thanks team, I’ll be back.
