My experience with active sounds was some of the worst customer service ever. First they ordered the wrong part & I had to wait over a week for them to get another part in stock. I picked up the second part & it also wouldn’t fit. When I would attempt to talk to the employees about this issue I would always get directed to a different person who also claimed they couldn’t help me either.
