She will start with an in depth evaluation of your foot and standing alignment. She will then take a digital scan of the foot and a dynamic walking impression before designing your orthotic on a CAD system. All Active-Soles Orthotics are made of EVA in our Lab here in NH. Sarah was knowledgeable, thorough and provided a great experience. She spent time with me to explain what she saw and why I would benefit from the new orthotics. I even got custom sandals! I made an appointment to see Sarah because I had foot pain. None of my shoes seem to fit properly. It turned out it was an alignment issue which she was able to determine through a physical exam as well as scanning. I purchased a set of the custom orthotics. Once I got through the break-in period my feet feel better than ever. I like my orthotics so much that I'm ordering a second set. What a game-changer finding Sarah has been. I can function just so much better with these properly fit and made orthotics. The fitting process is excellent. I adore my orthotic sandals as well. Lots of free off-street parking in an interesting area is just icing on my cake. 10 out of 10. No notes.
