Big thanks to Chris James of Active Solar in helping me with my solar system that ceased working. The unit came with my home purchase eight years ago and at the time it was Solar City, now Tesla Solar. Unfortunately, I was not successful in getting the right help to resolve the problem until I called Active Solar in San Juan Capistrano for advise. Noah came and did a great job installing my Tesla wall connector for my brand new Tesla! Great customer service! Had some issues being able to initially setting up to connect to my Tesla but Chris was very helping trying to trouble shoot. Dealing with Tesla Support on my behalf. Very helpful and great customer service throughout ! Highly recommend ‼️
Trustworthy, honest company! Had a great experience working with the owner, who helped us find a less expensive, used compatible unit to replace our broken inverter instead of trying to upselling us on a whole new system!! Highly recommend!
