We’ve been members of Active Seniors for several years and are convinced our regular attendances at the gym are keeping us going. Without AS I’m sure we’d have poorer balance and not be as strong as we are. And the staff are wonderful too!

This is a wonderful place to go and get healthy. The staff are only too willing to help and keep a good eye on you as you are going through your exercises. It is also a happy place to spend half an hour

Active Seniors at Dee Why is a wonderful place to get a personalised gym program to target your specific needs. The staff watch participants throughout the half hour sessions, which have limited attendee numbers, and provide advice and gentle reminders on how to perform each exercise safely. No loud music or lycra - just friendly staff and fellow attendees. I thoroughly recommend this gym for over 55s wishing to improve their health and exercise regimes.

The fabulous thing about Active Seniors is that it's a safe space for mature people to focus on their health and well-being. Our family member refused point blank to attend a 'regular' gym as part of his post-surgery rehab, but found Active Seniors, with its professional approach to supporting his specific needs, fantastic. An awesome alternative to bright lights, lycra and 'doof doof' music - and with qualified health professionals who know his name - Active Seniors has been a real win for our family
