I luckily found Em through a Facebook group recommendation and went to her all through my twin pregnancy and now into postpartum. She is FANTASTIC! Helped my ridiculous amount of aches and pains in a pretty tough pregnancy, and has now given me so many tips and tricks to strengthen my core afterwards. Aside from this, she’s also just such a warm, nurturing person who goes the extra mile for her clients. I have already recommended her to all my friends :)

Great experience! This was my first time seeing a physio, and Nick was fantastic. He quickly identified the issue with my ankle and explained everything clearly. The massages and treatment made a huge difference, and my ankle has healed up really well. Highly recommend!
My son was having severe growing pains to the extent he had trouble walking and getting out of bed on some days. We saw an orthopaedic surgeon that advised it was growing pains some bones growing quicker than others which may resolve over time but if not then surgery to correct. In the interim it was recommended to go to a physiotherapist to help alleviate the pain and strengthen the supporting muscles.
