Emma helped me so much with my chronic neck pain. She is so evidence based, and told me immediately things that wouldn’t work (changing pillows/the wrong exercises I was doing) and set me on the right path. She also helped me have the right mentality about my pain which was just as helpful as fixing the physical aspect. 4 months later and I’ve felt a hugely significant difference, and she has been so calm and friendly every step of the way. Couldn’t rave about her enough!
I started seeing Em towards the end of my pregnancy and she was so helpful, both for birth prep and for alleviating some back and hip pain I was having! I’ve since seen her postpartum and it was great having a thorough check and getting advice on beginning to exercise again. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
I can’t recommend Active RX Physio highly enough. I have had a chronically sore neck and shoulder for about a decade. I tried acupuncture, massage and stretching which would provide temporary relieve but I could still feel the pain getting gradually worse as soon as those treatments wore off. Nicks the best in the business, always accommodating with time and any issues I’ve had he’s been able to clear them up in a quick turnaround.
I’ve been seeing Nick on an off for a few years at different times. He’s very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He’s always got to the heart of each issue and given terrific step-by-step guides how carry out exercises at home. Highly recommended!!
