What stood out most is how he encourages you to stay consistent not just in the clinic but at home too. He gave me plenty of targeted home exercises and kept me accountable, which made a huge difference in my recovery. Great service and even better results!
Both Emma & Nick were both superb at identifying the root cause of my discomfort's. I have been to this practice on 3x separate occasions over a 4 year period. Each time, I have been provided with the best massages & physio exercises to relieve the instant pain & fix the underlying issue's over time. Highly recommend.
