I had a really great experience with Em for my ACL and meniscus reconstruction recovery. She gave me really helpful gym programs and made the whole process feel way less overwhelming. I’m back running and starting to train again. Definitely recommend!

Would definitely recommend! Went to Nick about calf pain I was having prior to a marathon. Having never been to a physio before this was nerve wracking but he was super helpful and informative! By the time my run came around all my pain was gone and hasn’t returned. Fantastic service!
