My 12 year old son was referred to Nick by his soccer coach to help manage his severs. We had an excellent experience. Nick was well prepared, focussed, practical and importantly spoke at a level that both my son and I could understand. He gave my son a range of exercises to help manage the condition and followed that up with easy to follow video tutorials for each recommended exercise. I've been here a couple times to get treatment for back injury and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Nick and Emma are both very knowledgeable and they were also very good at recommending exercises that can help with muscle strength and prevent re-occurrence. Highly recommend.
