Dr Kyle was very attentive, patient, and professional during my sessions with him. One of the things that really helped me was the homework so to speak. These were exercises that I could do while I was at home.
I am an amateur boxer who is very serious about my health and takes care of my body to the highest extent. However, one day I thought I hyperextended my elbow at practice and I worked the trainer at a respectable gym as well as several others outside of the gym for two months and my injury kept reoccurring. I highly recommend Active Rx! Kyle was quickly able to identify the reason for my pain and develop a treatment plan that addressed my issues . After one session, my pain has drastically improved and I am looking forward to returning to my normal activities soon!
Great first experience! Very knowledgeable, friendly, & quick results.
I just received my second dry needling for low back and hip pain that I've had for years. The first session was for my lower back and I felt relief right after the session! The second was for the hips and groin area. They also showed me exersizes to do at home to help stretch and strengthen muscles. I've been sleeping MUCH better and last night I slept the night thru, that hasn't happened in a long time. I highly recommend sessions with Active RX.
