Been coming here for decades, but had a bad encounter tonight. Went in to return 2 shirts that I got on Black Friday, one of the associates told me I couldn't try it on that night so I took a chance and bought the 2 shirts. Went to try it at home and both shirts did not fit me well. I tried to return to be told that they couldn't be exchanged or refunded.
