I don't usually leave reviews but I feel I would be doing people a disservice if I didn't. I highly recommend avoiding this agency at all costs, both as a tenant and a landlord. We bought an investment property which was managed by Kathy and from day one it was an absolute nightmare. Terrible communication all round. Her texts and emails often made no sense.
