I don't usually leave reviews but I feel I would be doing people a disservice if I didn't. I highly recommend avoiding this agency at all costs, both as a tenant and a landlord. We bought an investment property which was managed by Kathy and from day one it was an absolute nightmare. Terrible communication all round. Her texts and emails often made no sense. Do not go near this company. I have heard far too many nightmare stories. They will do anything in their power to withhold your bond for any ridiculous reason that's out of your control. Don't trust them.
