A very professional and friendly service provided here. Caroline was very understanding and streamlined the entire process; stress-free and elaborate; Ad to Keys in less than 2 weeks; 100% would recommend
Agents are only allowed to hold your money for up to 15 days without signing a tenancy agreement. I have tried to have contact with them and I’m having no response. Caroline has refused to refund my holding deposit of £165 after refusing my application. As from today I will be taking this matter further as I still have no response and still haven’t had my money refunded back to me.
