These guys are rubbish! I trusted them but was burnt. Pool build was ok. Communication was good when it came to invoicing but the rest was terrible. We had trouble with both council and home builders insurance as wasn't done properly by active pools and had to threaten fair work 3 times to get the job finished. Ethics were very questionable. My advise is do your due diligence before signing any contract with active pools.
Active Pools & Spas are such a great local company to deal with. Friendly, responsive, great communication throughout and really know their stuff. Can highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality pool or spa service from local people who care about their clients.

Andy and Keisha are fantastic to deal with . These guys took care of everything from start to finish and made our dream come true. My pool 12m x 4.4m was not simple to install it is on a river just above the king tide height. The pool needed to be fully engineered and land raised with a beautiful sandstone retailing wall to allow for a 1 in 100 year flood this included removal of all tree and stumps , removal of soft topsoil , replacement with engineered materials , installation of concrete piles , shotocrete to hold everyth... read more
