For the last 8 years or so I have had my pool water tested (and bought supplies) at the runaway bay store. I will never return there because of the disrespectful way I was spoken to today when I questioned the results from my pool sample taken the day before. Staff used to perform water tests with accurate Disc technology but now use paper Strips (apparently because they are cheaper). Two comparison readouts on the same bottle of water on the same day (one strip method the other disc) were significantly different. My concern... read more
