Called them about a Dolphin M700 pool cleaner that had developed a fault and I was advised to return it to store. Did that and they advised me that they would get back to me in a couple of days with a diagnosis. I called them after 5 days and they let me know that they are not Maytronic service agents and that they would send my pool cleaner to Maytronics for diagnosis and repair.
