I called this company for leak detection and the person on the phone said she would let me speak to a tech who could further answer any questions I had. Chris was very kind and answered all my questions and even gave me a rough idea of what things would cost which was very nice. I had him come out and do a leak detection and he said I did have some slab leaks and explained to me that we needed to reroute the pipes. Office is mismanaged, they have no communication with the plumbers! Plumber showed up late left a mess for me to pick up. I will never use them again.

Plumber was friendly and polite, however he came in his own truck and wasn't prepared properly to work on my kitchen sink drain. He takes pipes under my sink off and didn't have proper slim bucket to catch the nasty water and it was all over under my sink and then ran onto my brand new flooring I just had put in last summer. He didn't have any towels so he asked if I had any rags, I didn't so I let him use 4 hand-wash towels to clean up some of the water. They are very professional and on time. The guy was very polite and kind. I would definitely use them again. They are in norco that's a plus
