Tankless water heater was originally installed, with some design flaws, by a member of their team. This caused some leaking and damage to the unit, but they were quick to fix the issue with no push back. They corrected the issue free of charge. The plumbers for this company have consistently done poor work for my widowed mother as well as lying about code to get her to approve unnecessary work. They most recently threatened to put a lien on her home when she complained about paying for unfinished work. This company is run by a bunch of clowns and crooks, if you want to be taken advantage of and screwed over, this is the place to go. It’s probably safe to assume if they reply to this review it will be riddled with lies as well. Stay away.

I called this company for leak detection and the person on the phone said she would let me speak to a tech who could further answer any questions I had. Chris was very kind and answered all my questions and even gave me a rough idea of what things would cost which was very nice. I had him come out and do a leak detection and he said I did have some slab leaks and explained to me that we needed to reroute the pipes. Office is mismanaged, they have no communication with the plumbers! Plumber showed up late left a mess for me to pick up. I will never use them again.
