I called one other office before Active PT, and the difference was remarkable! From the first phone conversation with the receptionist at Active, I felt valued and heard. Unlike the other office that curtly told me it'd be two weeks before I could be seen, Active got me in for my first appointment quickly and helped me coordinate with my doctor's office for the necessary paperwork. Had pretty bad shoulder instability for a few years now. I originally went to a different PT who had a *semi* good diagnosis but I rarely saw the doctor, I was in pain after the workouts, and I left thinking I needed surgery. I met with Dale and the other staff at active PT solutions and they were FAR more knowledgeable and attentive than the other place. I had plenty of 1v1 time and feedback, clear guidance, and a program that built upon itself at the perfect level of intensity. I'm feeling far better than before and I don'... read more
