My mother had heard noise coming from the 2nd floor of her house. I made a cold call from the web. Obaid actually answered the call (it was a weekday evening). He said he would meet me the very next day. He was on time, professional, and thorough in checking inside and outside of the house. He determined it was raccoons. I had mouse problem at home. Contacted few companies but they were unable to resolve that. Active pest control technician paid attention to all the details and closed all the possible holes through which mice can enter. Highly professional and recommended 👍🏻
