My psychiatrist, Kyle, was phenomenal. He's the only reason they don't get 1 star. His team at the Vancouver location couldn't be any more inept. They can't seem to submit preauthorizations, bill insurance, or anything else office administrative in a timely manner. I had to find a new psych to manage my medications due to them becoming unable to bill my insurance for "at least the next two months therefore they cannot schedule an appointment". It's been almost over 2months and still told ( having to call them myself to follow up on my prior authorization for my Blue Cross Blue shield because I haven't heard anything from them to schedule my first appointment for treatment) IM EXTREMELY UPSET AND FEEL EVEN MORE DEFEATED than I ever have !!! After over a month of waiting for a long-overdue mental health appointment, Active Path Mental Health canceled mine less than a week before it was scheduled. The reason? I got an email citing vague “insurance issues.” When I called to ask for clarification, I was met with more vague excuses and then sent to a voicemail.
