It's been almost over 2months and still told ( having to call them myself to follow up on my prior authorization for my Blue Cross Blue shield because I haven't heard anything from them to schedule my first appointment for treatment) IM EXTREMELY UPSET AND FEEL EVEN MORE DEFEATED than I ever have !!! After over a month of waiting for a long-overdue mental health appointment, Active Path Mental Health canceled mine less than a week before it was scheduled. The reason? I got an email citing vague “insurance issues.” When I called to ask for clarification, I was met with more vague excuses and then sent to a voicemail. I can’t thank the team at Active Path enough for making me feel comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout the whole experience. Especially Emma! It was a great decision to try TMS and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
