There is no restroom for clients to relieve themselves during sessions, which is inhumane. Yes, there is a restroom down the hall, but it can't be used during treatment, which is not normal or usual, which the staff agrees with, and the reason why they lost several clients when they made this policy change.

I had an appointment with Kyle from the Clackamas office per my PCP's referral. For 4 weeks I have been contacting Kyle for an after visit summary to be sent to me and Dr. Benton. No response.
Avoid this place if you're a Veteran. They'll blow you off like they did me. After signing a release for my medical records, I haven't heard anything back in over 2 months. I could of had an appointment at the VA in that time. This is completely unacceptable, especially in mental health. Not even one phone call for an update or an email. Nothing.
I have referred TMS treatment to anyone who needs help who is struggling in life, and will continue too. What am I today is happy, what was I 36 days ago depressed, had anxiety, and PTSD.
