They didn't put in the prescription in and the office didn't pick up one of the 17 calls, yes count them, 17, made over the week to advise them. They did call back once but unfortunately I was in a meeting. I'm not waiting 7 days of calling for them, and 7 days and swelling and nerve pain and then have to wait over the weekend to help them remember to process the prescription. Dr Carlson is kind and caring. He takes the conservative approach which I like. He takes the time to answer questions and is kind and compassionate.
Dr. Kaplan and his staff are awesome! Very professional, caring, and responsive to patients' needs/concerns. Dr. Kaplan is one of the best in his field!! Excellent post-op care, professional bedside etiquette, and follow=up care. As a Nurse, I highly recommend him (and have recommended him to others) for his skills in his surgical specialty.
