They didn't put in the prescription in and the office didn't pick up one of the 17 calls, yes count them, 17, made over the week to advise them. They did call back once but unfortunately I was in a meeting. I'm not waiting 7 days of calling for them, and 7 days and swelling and nerve pain and then have to wait over the weekend to help them remember to process the prescription.
