Fantastic reliable local mechanic. Always helpful and honest. We’ve called several times with short notice issues or question and always provide good service even if they are full booked.
This is the second time I've had my car serviced at Active Motor Repairs and I'm so impressed with the customer service and workmanship. It is hard to come by good mechanics let alone great ones like these guys.Damien runs a great operation and knows how to look after his customers. My car has not run so well since new. Really cannot fault the work or the team. Booking is easy, courtesy reminder calls a few days before the booking and timely service on the day. I won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Have always brought my car to active for services and for any repairs, took it in today to fix up a rattling issue and they were excellent yet again. Would recommend to all my friends and family, service is fast and the staff are lovely, Jen who is at the front desk is lovely and was easy to communicate with.
The owner (Damien) of this work shop is a absolute gentleman and very time giving in his assistance and trouble shooting regarding my start up issue's on my car, I would have no hesitation in using Damien again or recommending him to a potential new customer. Great service !!! Thank you.
