Unhelpful and rude. The new owner could have offered us solutions but instead gave excuses. However our dealing with employee Mark was always pleasant and helpful.
My father-in-law asked Active Mobility to help sell his scooter. Because they didn't sell it, we decided to pick it up and list it ourselves. When we picked it up it was missing side mirrors and the canopy. They told us to come back later once they found it. That was 3 weeks ago. Just called today, talked to the new owner and he said it's not his problem.

Great people helpful and explained my walker/ rollator. Good service. Nothing flash about this place easy access. They offer seniors discount too.
