Raf and team deserve more than 5 stars for their care and knowledge. We had some sewer/service line issues, and luckily had Active mechanical come out for a second opinion and were able to find an issue on the cities end and not just our own. We had to complete an entire service line repair and were fortunate that the city covered their portion and insurance covered ours.
