As a property manager I have been using Active Lock and Key for many years. I went thru many other companies and they have proven to be the most reliable and reasonably priced locksmiths I have dealt with( and I have dealt with many locksmiths over the years) I geuss thats why they have been around so long. Straight forward, honest and not looking to sell you stuff you dont need. GREAT GUYS TO DEAL WITH.
The owner is a real piece of work!! – Just got a call from Active Lock's phone girl inquiring about an invoice for work at a building that I own. Turns out that a tenant requested work and the folks at Active Lock did work without the building owners authorization. Now they call me the property owner requesting payment. I tell the girl that I know nothing about it and that they should request money from the individual that requested the work.
