Lisa and the crew at Active Llan are amazing. Such an inclusive and supportive vibe which has helped me develop healthy habits. The support and encouragement from Lisa is amazing through the classes and the group chat support around food and nutrition. Loving my journey with ActiveLlan!
Really enjoying my classes (body pump and spinning) with Lisa. The clients in the classes I attend are a mix of abilities but Lisa is excellent at getting everyone to work to their own fitness levels and limits. I've mostly exercised by myself in the past so it's nice to work out with others. 27/9/24 Updating this review to add, after sedentary year with too much work I am back at Lisa’s classes. Always love the tunes and the energy and seeing results already within a few weeks.
The studio offers a big variety of classes and timetables that can suits everyone. Instructors are highly proactive and keeps us motivated! Studio offers different membership or Pay as you go, to suit your availability. Highly recommend studio! :)
This girl knows her tunes! I always leave Lisa's spin classes in best mood! Sweaty but super happy! I also love the fact that there are multiple classes available at my door step at very reasonable prices. Keep it up Lisa! Llanfairfechan is lucky to have you!
