One of the better gyms in Winnipeg.
Been bodybuilding here for 3 years consistently and it’s a great all-purpose gym, easily in the top 3 for Manitoba. Staff are awesome as they actually hire people who workout frequently and know what they’re doing. I see them spotting people and showing them exercises all the time, seems like all you got to do is walk up and ask. Equipment is great here compared to most gyms. Good place but full of theft. I often lose my stuff from locker room. Yesterday someone took my leather jacket with all my keys. Please use lock or don’t bring anything expensive at ALC.
