Bought a sleeping pad from Alps Mountaineering some time ago through either Sierra Trading Post or Campmor (lost the receipt). Thought the valve was leaking but it turned out to be the seam in the fabric next to the valve. Contacted the Company, included pictures and details and they were ready to set up a warranty claim. I said no bother but instead could they send something they would use to repair the seam. Within a couple days a sealant/adhesive kit arrived in the mail and it ended up working perfectly for the repair. Ve... read more
