the new soft play has completely gotten rid of everything that made the toddler area great. now, it’s just a small, single floored light up area with about 5 blocks. i would rate that 1 star. but the leisure centre itself is fine, standard pool, nice staff. the toddler area is so beyond disappointing though, when it was so good before! won’t be going to the soft play again…
Poor customer service this evening- phoned to book an activity and when I eventually got through, was told I should be booking online and that I will have no option to call in future. What’s the point in having a phone line if you can’t be bothered to actually assist your customers. In general, the availability of swimming sessions is poor too, and part of the reason why I cancelled my membership here !!
