I was extremely pleased with my first visit to treat my hamstring/glute injury. Dr. Velez thoroughly assessed my condition and explained clearly what she thought would get me back running. Highly recommended!
Had my first visit with Dr. Kelli Velez yesterday and she was amazing...dug right into my issues, discussed my past physical problems, how I work out and what I do...and then tested my muscle strength to see where my weaknesses were. We then went through a series of strengthening moves to help me with my pain. It was eye opening and she is so positive and full of great energy. I feel lucky to have found this practice and feel like it is going to help me immensely.
