My ENT referred me here for miniere’s disease after some severe vertigo issues. I entered very frustrated and also confused how PT would help me. I went into PT a bit cynical, but I noticed improvement right away. Priya was awesome with direction and assessment. My ankle grew stronger weekly, and I achieved my goal of walking longer, faster, and with more stability. Thank you, Active Life, and especially, Priya. I would certainly return with any other PT needs!
My PT doc recommended dry needling for back muscle and perfiformis issues after hip and knee replacement. After just two sessions with Dr. Joe Palmer, my back pain and periformis improved dramatically. My mobility and overall performance was noticeably better, and with continued PT and regular stretching, the pain was completely gone within a month. While individual outcomes may vary, my experience with Dr. Joe was extremely positive and I recommend him and Active Life for this treatment.
After having spinal surgery I was told I could play pickleball again. The first time I played I was in pain again. My doctor prescribed PT. I went to Active Life to work with Chris. He was fantastic. Chris stretched my neck and shoulder and taught me strengthening exercises. After 6 weeks I was pain free again AND able to play Pickelball again. Before I worked with Chris, I thought I’d never play again. Mine is a real success story. Thank you Chris and Active Life.
