One star is way too high. It has been months. We have hand delivered to the facility from the doctors because they said the doctors office hadn't completed the report. We are still waiting. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. Very frustrating.

The shoes are very comfortable
I went here to get my daughter’s head measured to see if she needed a helmet. My experience here was 100 times better than I had at Cranial Technolgies. They were telling me real facts instead of trying to convince me to buy a helmet. I recommend coming here over Cranial Technolgies.
If you appreciate being listened to, and actually getting what you requested/ordered, then avoid Active Life in Murrieta. Went in for custom inserts, shoes and a brace for foot/ankle, and specifically told Mike I probably would not be using brace, and needed the INSERTS and shoes. Told him my size, and he double checked. Thought to myself, everything was going too smooth. Well, 3 months after my FIRST visit, I get a call to get my items.
