First impression...OH NOOOOO! Office overcrowded. Asked for addional chairs in waiting room and was told there were none available. Many elder patients, standing, including myself. However, the tech was attentive and kind, once I was called in. Also, phone system is beyond horrible!! No one answers and voice message is full!! DO NOT GO HERE!! GET ANOTHER REFERRAL!!

Very bad. Didn't measure correctly had to make another appointment and wait months just to get wrong size if feel like suing.

Poor customer service. Their voicemail greeting says they will return your call within 24 hours. I called 7 days ago and have not received a call back. I've called a couple of times since and still no call back. I've called during business hours and no one answers. This has happened before. The compression garments which they measured me for do not fit correctly. I need correct sized garments which I paid $650. Since these are already paid for, I can't go anywhere else unless I can get a refund. Very disappointed.

Worst pleaceeee ever my mom need a bracelet and they order wrong for a big foot , and they took a year to order. Bad customer service NEVER come BACK THERE.

I recently visited Active Life Orthotics & Prosthetics and had a very positive experience. Laura Coleman was incredibly helpful in assisting me with running leg. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The clinic itself was clean and professional, and all the staff members I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Laura's help, I'm now able to run while I am playing pickleball.
