My pediatrician called to verify they had what he needed they told her yes. When I schedule the appointment I asked again if they had what he needed she said yes. We get to the appointment and he says we don’t have what your doctor has ordered but we have a compression vests. Compression vest are great for soothing but we need a weighted vest for my grandson for his autism. One of the worst experiences I have had in 12 years of getting inserts for my diabetic shoes. Thinnest and not sturdy material. No protection around the troublesome areas. And the tech that was supposed to be helping me gave me a cars sales speach of ALL they were going to do. When I went in to get them and seen how incredibly flimsy and nothing in the spots to support my problem , stating my dislike for them the teck asked me what Should be done?
