The people in this office are all so sweet. Also I know that they are short staffed, but they really need to hire someone who could pick up the phone when someone calls. If they don't answer the phone. Use the text line. It worked for me. One more thing, you need an appointment, they don't do walk ins.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely horrible experience! My son’s Dr marked urgent on the Referal but we had to wait for 2 wks for this appointment. I called many times tried to address the urgency but no one answered and the mailbox was full. Finally we showed up at 9am on the day of our appointment and was told that our appointment is actually at 4:30pm. What what what??? After I explained the urgency and they DONT CARE.
