I have severe lymphedema and unfortunately was given this place to get the compression wraps etc. That I needed. I have been waiting for over 3 months and have not received a thing. I call them almost weekly because my doctor wants to me use them daily and especially after procedures. We have postponed many procedures while we wait. I have sent them numerous authorizations, my insurance Co. Calls them, my therapist calls and my medical group has gotten involved and we've gotten nowhere. I always have problems with my orders, the front desk lady is so means, she gave me a different answered for my order, she always had a reason for delayed. Once, she said my order was placed on 3 wks ago from the time I stopped by to check-in, then later I called and she gave me different answered, she said my shoes just order about qa week from the time I called as the end of September. I given one star because the service is really bad. My insurance sent me to this place and it was for a cam walker boot. I would give them zero stars. My doctor let me know that I can call to make an appointment because the insurance approved the item. When I first call they told me that they need the referral and that it needs to be approved. Called at 11:51 am to talk to the nurse practitioner was put on hold until I hung up 35 minutes later. I called back and the answer machine came up saying that they are at lunch from 12 to 1pm. I was just left there. Worse customer service ever
