Took 3 weeks for my to get my gear and rude workers
Very very rude employee Pricilla. She hung up on me several times. Until I called over 7 times and with a very very rude attitude. I was asking questions and answered in a very rude way and did not let me ask any other questions as she said HAVE A GOOD DAY and proceeded to hang up. If I was a Dr. I would not send my patients here.

They are holding my wife's diabetic shoes hostage. They need her to "make an appointment " to try them on and pick them up. Whenever I call to make an appointment I get the same message: "We're sorry, but the mailbox you are trying to reach is full." This has been going on for over a month. There is no other number to call. We may just have show up a cause a scene until we can speak with a supervisor. This is for thier Glandale office.
I've been a double amputee below the knee for almost 4 years. I worked with John and Katie at the beginning and was very happy with them. Now I'm working with Pia, who just joined the team. She worked on my set of prosthesis to perfection. She listens and addresses your concerns in a very professional manner. She has a great support team behind her as well. Thank you Pia
