I've tried just about every workout in HHI, and Get Fit is by far my favorite! The trainers are incredible, providing thoughtful and challenging workouts, specific to your fitness level. The community is also wonderful, welcoming and encouraging. Give it a shot! I'm so glad that I did.

Parkinson's can be overwhelming, especially knowing each day may be your best as it progresses. Active Life has changed that. Weekly sessions with Shannon and Heath, both trained in Parkinson's exercise regimens, have clearly slowed and in some ways reversed Parkinson's attack. The level of care and focus on our needs is without peer.
Heath is very knowledgeable and always makes sure everything is suit for you!
