From my initial information inquiry to the first appointment, we received amazing attention and patience :-) We are so encouraged by meeting folks that are interested in their clients. When I went to visit Dr. Davidson I was not prepared to go through with getting my first hearing aid as I had gone through this process twice before I left with nothing. Dr. Davidson and her crew :-) were all so easy to work with and found a way to make me comfortable and actually go ahead and finally purchase my hearing aid. As I was new to the hearing aid experience I was apprehensive and nervous going through the process. I took my dad to Active Life Hearing to see how bad his hearing loss actually is and to see the options he would have to help improve it. Everyone there went above and beyond to help my dad. They know everything there is to know, have the best prices around (we've looked at pricing at so many places), and on top of that they were genuinely kind and dedicated to help solve a problem that my dad has had for years!
I am truly impressed with the service I receive at Active Life Hearing. There are two people in particular that have been more then kind to me. Matthew Kassem, the hearing specialist, is a caring man who actually listens to the challenge you are having and does something about it. He never gives up!
