A gym that has been a part of my life since I was 12. Yet unliked other gyms as time has gone on this gym gets better, improved spaces, growing community and value for money. A gym you can grow, learn and thrive in.

Have been attending this gym on and off for the past 6 years and honestly the facilities, the staff, the members are just fabulous! Does not feel like a stereotypical intimidating gym at all, management puts money back into the equipment as its constantly being updated and rejuvenated! Highly highly recommend!
