We are so lucky to have this gym in new Kent. I love the location and how much natural light there is. It is very clean and you can see the staff working diligently to keep it that way. There are also feminine hygiene products in the bathroom, which really speaks to how much they care about their clients.
Calm atmosphere with a small and personable staff. Never seen any judgement and the place is great for those who are self conscious or just starting to workout to exercise without fear of reproach. Wipes are available so even if the person before you didnt wipe down the machine you can wipe it down yourself before you workout.
Been here a year and it’s been a blast
Great place for a workout. Always clean!
