Started at Active Life Fitness on New Years after gaining 40lbs last year. Jason and Sky are wonderful! They helped customize workouts and goals with MY life and routine in a healthy way. Down 9lbs in 5 weeks! Highly recommend the personal training.
I’ve been going to the gym for a few months now and at first everything was good but I didn’t have enough for the membership and when i finally did for the past 3 days they have taken 84 bucks for something that’s supposed to be paid every other week not happy at all with this gym
Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. This gym has everything you could need to get a great workout in!
I have now been a member of the Active life Fitness Center for two years. I came to this facility for two reasons. The first being it was a smaller gym not full of what I call “ muscle heads” . The second because they offered group classes which I really enjoy participating in.
