The massage therapist that I had was knowledgeable and professional. Alaina
Recieved a disappointing massage and the therapist was offensive in saying that I was dropped on my head as a child. I had reached out to the owner to express my concerns and instead of rectifying the problem, they had the massage therapist reach out to me instead, in which they were unapologetic and unhelpful. Will not recommend to friends and family.
I had an appointment with Elena Fursova and it was great! Elena is very skilled and friendly. Also bonus: Active Life Centre direct-bills your health insurance company, which is convenient.
