My friend attends Active Life and enjoys the outings and winning prizes and the food. It is a good fit for her! The weekend hours are especially good to combat weekend boredom. She reports “it was a good day” on a regular basis.

I would like to educate everyone and staff as well. About down syndrome. People like me with down syndrome. Also down syndrome can get aggressive out of where. Aggressive state in down syndrome can happen when a person has medical conditions. Like Anxiety and stress and depression. And lack of sleep. I have insomnia does a part of it. I accept it .I am taking melatonin o treat it. If you all think doesn't work. I will my doctors to increase it.
