I would like to educate everyone and staff as well. About down syndrome. People like me with down syndrome. Also down syndrome can get aggressive out of where. Aggressive state in down syndrome can happen when a person has medical conditions. Like Anxiety and stress and depression. And lack of sleep. I have insomnia does a part of it. I accept it .I am taking melatonin o treat it. If you all think doesn't work. I will my doctors to increase it.
How to get to the day program in freezing weather. Second question is it ok to bring my coffee to the day program. I don't want to break any rules.
I want to say thank you for inviting me to Active life. I love the food. I will say something positive. About staff I would like open communication on the rules and guidelines. By explaining it with me. I will apologize for my inappropriate behavior. I regret it deeply. A second chance that I will do better with my behavior.
Super impressed with everything and Irene and staff treat everyone like family.
