Over the years, I tried physical therapy and chiropractic methods and they did not help my back pain. I was referred to Active Life and on the third visit, I felt relief. I am now on a maintenance program and I am feeling great. Thank you Hayden!! Great staff also :)
I have had the best experience with Hayden and all the staff at Active Life! I look forward to every visit because I know my concerns will be heard and they truly care about my healing. Well I started seeing Dr H in January for low back pain from surgery in December of 16. When I started seeing him I was taking 5-7 oxycodone AND 6-8 Tramadol a day just to work thru the day...�. He has done so much GOOD for me now I only take 3-4 pain pills per WEEK! Wish I would of found him sooner!!
I was suffering from an arthritic back and ankle. I couldn’t walk too much or wear certain shoes. I can wear all sorts of shoes and I am off daily pain meds. Hayden has a patient, caring manner and very considerate about comfort. I highly recommend.
