To our shock and disappointment, when we arrived, most of the attractions listed online were closed without any prior notice. On top of that, the majority of the arcade games were broken or not functioning properly. This left us with almost nothing to do — which is completely unacceptable after planning a special outing and paying for entry. Also I reached out to them via email and I got no response! They don’t even deserve 1 star.
I went with my grandson who is 4 everything was broken or ripped open we wanted to bowl broken…. video games were all unplugged we were there for 20 min and left what a waste of money won’t be going back here again very disappointed
Came here a few times but my last experience was the worst. I called early asking if there were any open play slots available. They told me 3:30 & 4:30. I arrive at 3:35 granted im late 5 mins, but two girls are sitting at the desk. One answering a bunch of questions to guests already there and one clearly there who is in training or something because when I advised im there for open play she waits for the other girl to be done to assist me and tells her what im here for to assist.
